Yikes! We do our very best to get Waggables created and delivered on time. But Waggables have a hand-made creation process and each one is individually made to order. Sometimes even we need a little more time... 

Here's what to do:

  • If you ordered your Waggables less than two weeks ago, please kindly remember the turnaround time you selected during the creation process. You can also find the turnaround time for your order in the order confirmation we sent via email from support@waggables.com. If you don't recall seeing any emails from us, please check your spam folder for emails from support@waggables.com. From our many years in business, this is the most common issue!
  • Rush Orders: If you paid extra for expedited creation + delivery and your Waggables arrived after the guaranteed date, we will gladly refund your expedited charges. Please use the New Ticket button above to let us know! (please include your order number in your inquiry)
  • Standard Orders: We do our very best to ship out your Waggables in time for our estimated shipment date. However, please note that each Waggables is hand-made so there might be a little variance (our only guaranteed delivery times are for Rush Turnaround orders). Please accept our apologies if your Waggables arrived a little late.
  • US Postal Service Errors: Did the USPS lose your Waggables or deliver it to the wrong address? Please submit a ticket using the button above and let us know. We'll work with you and the USPS to fix the situation (or make a whole new Waggables plush for you).
