Oh no! We do our very best to get Waggables delivered to you on time. If we miss the delivery deadline, here's what to do next:

  • Rush Orders: If you paid extra for expedited creation + delivery and your Waggables arrived after the guaranteed date, we will gladly refund your expedited charges. Please use the New Ticket button above to let us know! (please include your order number in your inquiry)

  • Standard Orders: Please accept our apologies if your Waggables arrived a little late. We try our best to estimate delivery times, but it’s not always an exact science, since we are also at the mercy of the postal service. Please write us at support@waggables.com so we can figure out a solution for you. 

  • US Postal Service Errors: Did the USPS lose your Waggables or deliver it to the wrong address? Please submit a ticket using the button above and let us know. We'll work with you and the USPS to fix the situation (or make a whole new Waggables plush for you).
