We send 3 emails throughout the Waggables process, including updates on everything from sewing to shipment (with tracking number). If it's been more than a week since your order and you have not received any update emails, please let us know by submitting a customer support ticket on this page (please include your order number or name/email under which the order was placed so we can quickly look up your order status). It is possible that the e-mails are going to your spam folder, so please remember to check that as well!
